Bitter Fest is a benefit show that Heavy Hand and Evelyn’s bar put together annually to raise money for a worthy cause. Last year we raised a good amount of money for the HOPE Animal Shelter and this year we intend to help fund the Unintimidated: Wisconsin Musicians Against Scott Walker project. The Unintimidated project is a zine/cd/dvd that will be released in 2016 which features roughly 20 bands that wrote and recorded anti-Scott Walker protest songs.

After an excursion to the Kalamazoo 10 Theater to catch the Mad Max: Fury Road Matinee, we headed down to South Bend. Oh look, another brew pub:

It was prom night in South Bend. Unfortunately, none of the attendees strolled into McCormick's for the show. Probably due to a lack of EDM.

What is becoming an annual event for Nonagon, we will be somewhere on the bill for this three day event in the snowy reaches of the Upper Peninsula.
